In short

We automate the repetitive part of your WhatsApp: the questions that keep coming back, the first pass at structuring orders, and the messages that arrive when nobody is looking at the phone. Always through the official WhatsApp Business Platform, and always with a person confirming before an order goes anywhere.

The three things taking your time

1

The same questions, several times a day: price, availability, delivery, opening hours, address.

2

Orders written as sentences, read and retyped by hand into a notebook or a system.

3

Messages at 11pm and on Friday, unanswered until the next morning.

What we put in place

The goal is not to remove the person from the loop. It is to stop the person being the typist.

Send us a week of messages with names removed. We will tell you what share a system could handle safely and what it would take to build.

The platform rule you need to know

The consumer WhatsApp app, the Business app and the Business Platform are three different things with different automation rules. Proper integration means the official platform, which requires an approved provider and a verified business.

Any tool promising to automate an ordinary personal WhatsApp works against the platform rules, and the number eventually gets cut off. For a business whose orders arrive on that number, that is worse than the problem being solved. We will tell you which route your situation needs before you spend anything.

What you need before starting

  1. A readable catalogue. Product names, prices, availability, written somewhere structured. If it does not exist, that is the first job, and it is worth doing on its own.
  2. A business number, separate from a personal one.
  3. Someone responsible for the conversations that get handed over.

How to tell if it is worth it

Count for one week: how many messages arrive, how many are the same few questions, how many are orders that get retyped. If those two make up most of the volume, the case is easy. If most of your exchanges are genuine negotiation, automation will add little, and we will say so rather than sell you something.

Frequently asked questions

Can WhatsApp be automated in Algeria?

Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business Platform with an approved provider and a verified business. Tools that automate an ordinary personal WhatsApp account break the platform rules and risk the number being permanently cut off.

Will the bot answer instead of my sales staff?

Only on routine factual questions. Anything touching negotiation, discounts or delivery commitments stays human, and orders are proposed for confirmation rather than placed automatically.

How much does WhatsApp automation cost?

It depends on message volume, how many questions need covering and which systems must be connected. WhatsApp's own platform fees are charged per conversation and are quoted separately, so you can see both parts.

Do I need a separate number?

Yes, a business number distinct from a personal one. A number already in use on the consumer app has to be migrated, which is possible but needs planning.

Does the bot understand darija?

Yes for everyday commercial language, including mixed darija, French and Arabic, and Arabizi. It confirms what it understood before acting, which keeps the cost of a misunderstanding to one message rather than one delivery.
