In short
We build chatbots that answer only from your own information: your catalogue, your prices, your opening hours, your documents. They handle French, Arabic and darija, install on your website, on WhatsApp or on your social channels, and pass the conversation to a person as soon as they leave what they know. Quoted and delivered as a project, with no subscription.
What the chatbot does
- Answers the routine questions from your catalogue and your written information: availability, prices, lead times, opening hours, address, terms.
- Understands your customers in French, Arabic, darija and Arabizi, mixed together, because that is how messages actually arrive.
- Takes enquiries and turns them into a structured record: who, what, how many, which contact, ready to act on.
- Hands over to a human below a confidence threshold you set.
- Says it is an assistant. Letting a customer believe they are talking to a person always costs more than it saves.
The difference between a chatbot that helps and one that gets in the way comes down to one thing: can it say "I do not know, let me get someone".
Where it goes
Channels
- Your website, as a bubble or a dedicated page
- WhatsApp, through the official platform
- Messenger and Instagram
- An internal tool, for your own staff
Answer sources
- Product catalogue and price lists
- Documents, manuals, terms
- Customer or order records, read only
- Pages from your own site
Send us the twenty questions your customers ask most. We will tell you which a chatbot can handle safely and which should stay with a person.
Ask for a quoteWhat we do not build
- A bot that negotiates or discounts. In a market where price is a conversation, that loses money.
- A bot with no human exit. The one conversation that needed a person will be the one that costs you a customer.
- Mass unsolicited messaging. It gets the number blocked and breaks platform rules.
- A bot connected to nothing. Without your data it invents. If your catalogue does not exist anywhere a system can read, that is the first job.
How long, and what it costs
A first chatbot is a matter of weeks, not months. Price depends on four things: the condition of your information, the number of channels, the number of systems to connect, and who maintains it afterwards. Ranges are set out on our pricing page.
We charge per project. A delivered chatbot is finished, and billing a subscription for something finished creates the wrong incentive on both sides. Hosting and usage costs are quoted separately, so you know what it costs to run as well as to build.
How a project runs
- Your real questions. We start from a sample of actual messages, not a demo script.
- Getting your information into shape. Catalogue, prices and terms in a format the system can read and you can update yourself.
- Build and test on your own messages, against a success figure agreed in advance.
- Gradual launch, one channel first, with a person as backup.
- Handover. You own the code, the prompts and the data.
For where dialect comprehension holds and where it degrades, read will it understand darija. And if you are still weighing whether to spend anything at all, ChatGPT is free, why would I pay you answers that honestly.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a chatbot cost in Algeria?
Price depends on the condition of your information, the number of channels, the number of systems to connect and who maintains it. We charge per project rather than by subscription, with running costs quoted separately. Our ranges are published on the pricing page.
Does the chatbot understand darija?
Yes for everyday commercial darija, including messages mixing darija, French and Arabic script, and Arabizi written with 3, 7 and 9. Comprehension degrades on regional vocabulary and heavy shorthand, which is why the system confirms before acting and hands over when unsure.
Can it run on WhatsApp?
Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business Platform, which requires an approved provider and a verified business. Tools promising to automate an ordinary personal WhatsApp work against the rules and risk the number being cut off.
What happens when the chatbot does not know the answer?
It says so and passes the conversation to a person. The confidence threshold at which it hands over is a setting you control. A chatbot that invents an answer costs more than one that admits its limits.
How long does it take to set up?
A first chatbot is a matter of weeks. The thing that stretches a timeline is rarely the technology, it is the state of your information: if the catalogue and prices are not written down in a usable form, that comes first.
