These terms govern use of the Soukely website and describe how we contract for custom work. They do not govern Kateb, which has its own terms of service. Algerian law applies, and the courts of Algiers have exclusive jurisdiction.

1. Scope
These terms apply to your use of soukely.com and to enquiries made through it. Custom projects are additionally governed by the written scope and quotation agreed for that project, which takes precedence over this page where the two differ.
2. What we do
SOUKELY EURL operates on two tracks: AI products that we build, own and maintain, and custom AI solutions built for a single client. Products may carry their own terms. Custom work is governed by its project agreement.
3. Using this website
You may read, share and reference this site freely. You may not scrape it at a volume that affects its availability, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it to distribute unlawful content.
4. Enquiries are not a contract
Submitting the contact form does not create an agreement and does not oblige either party to proceed. A project begins only when a written scope and quotation are agreed by both sides.
5. Quotations and payment
Custom work is quoted per project, not sold as a subscription. A quotation states the scope, the price and any running costs separately. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Payment terms are set out in the project agreement.
6. Ownership of custom work
On completion and full payment, the client owns the deliverables produced for them, including source code, prompts and generated artefacts, together with the data supplied. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and general know-how, and may reuse general techniques on other projects.
7. Our intellectual property
The Soukely name, logo, this website and its content belong to SOUKELY EURL. Our products, including Kateb, and their code and branding remain ours.
8. Third-party AI services
Our work may rely on AI models operated by third parties. Those services can change, be deprecated or interrupted by their providers. We will tell you which providers a build depends on, but we do not control their availability or their terms.
9. Nature of AI output
AI systems can produce incorrect output. Anything we build is a support tool. Where the work carries professional or legal consequences, the client remains responsible for verifying output before relying on it. This is set out again in each project agreement.
10. Warranties and liability
This website is provided as is, without warranty as to accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Nothing on it is professional, legal or financial advice. For custom work, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the project concerned, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, which cannot be excluded under Algerian law.
11. Third-party links
This site links to external websites, including getkateb.com and third-party sources. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.
12. Personal data
Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
13. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, as understood under Algerian law.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The date shown above reflects the latest version. Material changes affecting an ongoing project will be agreed in writing rather than imposed through this page.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by Algerian law. The courts of Algiers have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
