SOUKELY EURL is the data controller for this website. Processing is governed by Algerian Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to soukely.com. It does not cover Kateb, which is operated by the same company as a separate platform under its own privacy policy and terms. If you use Kateb, that policy governs your data there.
What we collect
Information you send us
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, company and message you enter. We use this solely to reply to you and to discuss possible work. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Technical data
Our hosting produces standard server logs, which may include IP address, browser type and the time of each request. These are used for security and to keep the site running.
Audience measurement
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and understand which pages are read. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies, does not use a persistent identifier, and does not track you across other websites. It records the page visited, referrer, and coarse details such as country, browser and device type. We see aggregated totals, not individuals.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your language preference, if you set one, is held in your browser and is not transmitted to us.
Why we process it
- To answer enquiries. Handling a request you initiated.
- To keep the site secure and available. Our legitimate interest in operating the service.
- To understand which pages are useful. Aggregated, cookieless statistics, under our legitimate interest in improving the site.
Who else sees it
We use third-party providers to host the website, measure audience and deliver email. Hosting and analytics are provided by Vercel Inc. They process data on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Transfers outside Algeria
Some providers operate infrastructure outside Algeria. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by contractual guarantees with each provider.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained while a conversation is ongoing and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
Under Law 18-07 you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, and portability. Write to katebclient@gmail.com. We acknowledge requests within 30 days and complete them within 90 days at most.
You also have the right to complain to the Algerian national authority for the protection of personal data (ANPDP).
Security
The site is served over TLS. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to reply to you.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
If we make a material change we will update this page and the date shown above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
